Paintless dent repair is a small trade with real demand, especially after hail. Every big storm leaves thousands of cars with dents that need fixing, and there are not enough trained technicians to go round.
Two ways in
Work for someone. Hail repair companies take on trained technicians when storms hit, often at short notice. Being trained and ready is what gets you the call.
Start your own business. PDR needs far less equipment than a panel shop, and much of the work comes by word of mouth. The PDR eBook covers quoting, insurance and setting up, so you start on solid ground.
The missing link: getting trained and then getting work
The hard part has always been the gap between finishing a course and landing your first jobs. After our 1-on-1 hands-on courses, graduates can use our job network as an extra resource for building their business, with support from their trainer afterwards, so you are not left on your own.
